SCC Hearing Facilities
At the SCC headquarters at Regeringsgatan 29 in central Stockholm, we offer modern and green certified hearing facilities.
Information about the SCC Arbitration Institute Hearing Facilities
The hearing room and the breakout rooms are designed to accommodate up to 20/10 persons respectively and offer the following technical equipment:
- Teams room Crestron system.
- 2 large SONY screens.
- Local HDMI image sharing to 2 screens.
- Ceiling microphones and ceiling speakers.
We also offer personalised bookings and administrative services matching the needs of the parties and tribunals in both SCC and non-SCC cases. The rental rates for 2023 are listed below and reflect the room size. Package bookings are also available and includes a large hearing room and two break out rooms.
Hearing room:
10 000 SEK per hearing day.
7 000 SEK per half day.
2 000 SEK per hour outside office hours.
A breakout room:
3 000 SEK per hearing day.
2 000 SEK per half day.
1 000 SEK per hour outside office hours.
Package booking (hearing room and two breakout rooms):
15 000 SEK per day
10 000 SEK per half day
3 000 SEK per hour outside office hours
All prices are excl. VAT.
Reservation terms:
Standard full-day rental refers to office hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Half-day rental refers to 4 hours between 9:00 and 13:00 or 13:00 and 17:00. Rental outside office hours is charged per hour. The facilities must be booked at least 30 days in advance of the hearing. Cancellations and rebooking are free of charge if we receive notice at least 15 days before the initial booking date. For cancellations later than this point, the full fee will be charged.
The rates include the use of the facilities and equipment, complimentary coffee or tea, access to the SCC’s guest network and administrative assistance. In addition to the booking services, the participants to the hearing are provided with in-house luncheons and catering services at cost. We can also provide in-house luncheons and catering services for an additional cost.
